The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases. All store purchases may only be returned to stores. Please contact your local store for Return Policy information.

1. FINAL SALES: All sales of Gift cards, and items marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
2. For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn and intact.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date. Return shipping is non-refundable

What items can I return?
Sale MERCHANDISE, COSMETICS, UNDERWEAR, SELECT LINGERIE AND SWIMWEAR, EARRINGS, BODY PIERCINGS, AND GIFT CARDS / E-GIFT CARDS ARE ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW.

What is your returns policy?
Items must be returned unworn, not torn and in the condition they were shipped. no return after 7 days. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents (if applicable).
How do I track my order?
after purchase please allow 2 -3business days for your confirmation email with your tracking number, shipment and courier details. This email will the link and tracking number you need to track the process of your package until delivery. Note: (Tracking is only guaranteed with express shipping. 3-5 business days.)

​How do I return an Item?
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise to our Online Returns address above within 30 days from the ship date. We will refund the return shipping costs if a copy of the shipping receipt is attached to the return form. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking. Please note: only standard carrier services will be refunded.

If you would like a replacement of the item(s), please write Exchange on the return form in the notes section. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
